Borrow by Mail

Judges, court staff, and attorneys licensed to practice in Wisconsin may use our Circ by Mail service to borrow library materials and have them shipped directly to you.

If you're not sure which titles you need, start by searching our catalog, then fill out this form. A librarian will verify that the item is available and place a hold for you if needed.

Materials are typically shipped within 24 hours after we receive your request, Monday through Friday.

Before placing a request, please read the borrowing guidelines and fees $.

Provide a date by when the item is needed. Items usually take 1-3 weeks to arrive
