§ 108.24(1) Unemployment compensation fraud: making a false statement to obtain a benefit payment
Summary
To be guilty of this offense, the prosecution must prove that the defendant knowingly made a false statement or representation to obtain any benefit payment under this chapter, either for himself or herself or for any other person.
